Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Please note that the Euro cost is only a guide based on the current weeks interest rate, please consult your credit card company for thier exchange rate as we will charge your credit card company in UK sterling.
Shipping And Handling
Small items will be sent via royal mail where possible larger items will be sent via ANC couriers if your goods do not arrive in the allowed time please contact us at mail@automarine.biz or on +44 (0)23 9282 5601 and we will track the goods for you.
If you are out during the time the courier delivers they will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
If any damage has occured during shipping it MUST be reported asap, although we will do our best to help if items are not reported straight away we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Delivery Schedule
We will deliver your order right away (subject to payment). We will normally send your order to you in 2/3 business days, Please allow more time if you are abroad. Our shipping company is also dependant on weather conditions so extreme weather may delay your goods.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All products come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated. Automarine promise to help in anyway we can, damaged or faulty goods must be reported immeadiatly with the date and order refence stated.

Returns Policy
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you need to return a faulty item, or an item received as a result of a mistake by us, we will be happy to pay for the item to be returned to us. If this happens, please contact Customer Services first, and we will advise on how to return the product to us.

OTHER RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, Contact us first as above then simply return the product to us in its original condition, including all original packaging and documentation, within 28 days of receipt. If the goods are returned as detailed above, we will evalute the circumstances and issue a full refund for the price paid for the item, or exchange the item for a different size / model if preferred.
Please ensure that you enclose a note giving your reason for return, name, address, telephone number, invoice number, and details of replacement if required.
The product will be your responsibility until it reaches us. You will also be responsible for the postage for the return parcel. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Remittance Terms
If paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to "Automarine". Please note that we cannot deliver an order until payment has been received (unless an approved account holder).
